A birthday milestone

Today is my daughter Megan's birthday.

She turns 20!

 

She is a beautiful, amazing woman, and I am so proud of her.

She is stronger than she realizes.

She is learning to fight her way out of a darkness that has threatened to consume her. 

The greek meaning for the name Megan is pearl... it also means brave and courageous.  She is all of these and more.
